  1. Determine goal: Gain, Lose, Maintain, Performance, Power, Endurance, Habits, etc.

  2. Acknowledge dietary requirements, restrictions, eating protocol and personal beliefs: Keto, Vegan, Flexible dieting, ‘clean eating’, processed/non-processed foods, allergies etc.

  3. Calculate calories and macro nutrients (Carbs, Fats, Proteins) needed to achieve goal.

  4. Set Protein goals

  5. How does this combination make you feel? (physically, emotionally, socially to name a few)

  6. Re-evaluate and make necessary adjustments every 2-4 weeks.
